What we see in each area
- Austin 10 to 25 min
- From Travis Heights to Allandale. In the older neighborhoods we often find a second layer of shingles or 1x6 plank decking, and we price for it up front.
- Lakeway 35 min
- Limestone homes and a lot of metal roofs. HOA approval usually takes about a week.
- Round Rock 30 min
- Two-story subdivision homes, mostly architectural shingles. Hail comes through almost every spring.
- Georgetown 40 min
- Our northern edge. Inspections are still free up here.
- Kyle 25 min
- Newer homes, many with builder-grade roofs reaching 15 years. Worth a free look after a storm.
HOA approval, handled
Most subdivisions around Austin need written HOA approval for a new roof color. We send your HOA the color sheet with the product name and wait for the written OK before we order anything.
We do this every week in Steiner Ranch, Circle C Ranch, Avery Ranch and Teravista.
Texas Property Code §202.011 also limits an HOA's right to refuse impact-resistant shingles that look like the approved ones.
We also pull any permit your city requires and schedule the inspection, from Georgetown to Kyle.
